Answering my own question : they didn't (At least not so far). Still DECLINED though (well 7-10 day message, which is the same thing). CHASE doesn't seem to love me, even though I have done personal business with them like FOREVER!

@Wavester64 my experience is they only allow me CLI every 6 months and that includes my CSP account. Good luck with the CLI attempt.
