Instantly I received an email from Chase that my card was under review. Yesterday (5/10) I called the CSR to try to make progress and was told it may take 1 or 2 weeks and from the best of their knowledge it won't require additional documentation to be sent in. That didn't sound right to me since it was a new business application and I needed to prove my identity.
Later the same day Chase sent me an email requesting proof of identity/business identity which I submitted. Still waiting to hear back from that and possibly even a request to move credit around.
