Congrats. I was in a similar situation and I asked to re-allocate CL from my CIC to CIU over the phone but the request was not approved. Not sure which types of cards would qualify for the CL re-allocation.
Anyway, the CL of the ink cards grow by time. After 6 months, the CL of my CIC got bumped to around 15k.

Was not an instant approval, despite low 7 figure biz revenue and lower mid-6-figure personal income. Initially received the 7-10 day message, followed by an approval notification 4 days later... for $5K. Not sure if the Ink Premier's $80K/$16K line factors into Chase' "maximum credit extended" calculations.
I guess I'll need to shift some credit from my other Chase cards, but overall, I can't complain. Thanks for the 0% financing, Chase!
