Does the Chase Ink business card fall under the 5/24 guidelines.
Yes, the Chase business cards fall under 5/24 rules but won't count against 5/24 if you get approved
Assuming it is still a thing the only way to overcome the 5/24 rule is if you have a pre-approval offer on your account online being a Chase customer already. These "black star" offers Chase sends out are the business cards offers they send out every once in awhile to go along with the green star offers for their personal lineup like the Freedom Unlimited and Flex
Thank you for your reply
I also keep getting mailers from Chase with your invited to apply for the Ink Business Unlimited card with an invitation number.
But it has no firm apr rate, 13.99%-19.99% I run a small 501c3 and the only in with Chase is the Amazon card.
My fico scores are pretty good Eq 778, TU 768 and EX 763 with 10% utilization.
Maybe I should give it a shot I'm at 5/24 now so is there no chance.

The preapprovals usually override 5/24, but "invited to apply" is not a preapproval.
