Chase matched the 300 offer, after 3k spend. 
I had a little bit of difficulty in getting them to match the offer. Below is what happened (hint it REALLY worked out for me at the end):
1. I sent a SM - received confusing wording saying they would match it once I met my spend, but then another paragraph saying no offers. (I met my spend last month, 60k already posted)
2. I ended up being denied the match saying there weren't any offers on my account to match and they were sorry for the confusion.
3. Read a few websites with data points of people getting someone else to match it after sending a second SM.
4. Sent a second SM - denied the match with the same no offers language.
5. Replied to the first chain of SM stating how I was a new business customer to Chase and while I had great personal experiences, this is leaving a sour taste in my mouth because I was told you would match, and I have heard of others getting it matched.
6. Received a reply saying they would escalate the issue and I should hear back in 2 business days.
7. Then today I was feeling impatient and sent another new SM asking to be matched - and voila! 10,000 additional points... that's the end of it, right?
8. Nope, I then get a reply within 30 minutes for the escalated SM where they added another 10,000 points!
So it looks like my Ink Plus bonus turned into 80k... I feel kind of guilty... But it basically turns it into a 70k offer with the AF waived (I applied online and had to pay the first year AF).
