Citi Biz AAdvantage says no SUB is attached...

Player 2 app'd and met the required $4k spending on a Citi AAdvantage Biz. Spoke to CSR about when the SUB would post and they said no SUB was attached to this card. Anyone heard of this or how to handle? Thanks

it has been known to happen from time to time, although considering that this product always seems to have a SUB atteched, i find their reasoning somewhat flawed. Though it could be that it simply wasn't offerd to you, and I do not know of a way around it. Short of closing this card and re-apping later down the road.

 

it's best to get screen grabs of everything during the app process to use later at proof, at least then you might have a chance for them to retroact the SUB. You could always call higher up the chain as well to plead your case, as it could ahev easily been a system glitch.
