I tried for this card last year but was denied. Approved this year for $15,000. I'm a sole-proprietor and have been in business for 7 years. No POI, bank statements, etc. It said application was under review then I received this e-mail a few hours later.

Yes it's a soft pull and you will need 3 months of bank statements.
