Citizens MC 40.5k approval

I closed my Everyday points card to apply for the Platinum card.

My Everyday limit stood at 20K, so I was expecting 20-25k on the Platinum.

It took some time between card closures and underwriting to get an approval. No POI or bank statements.

You can only have 1 biz card with Citizens and I was unhappy with my APR on the Everyday.

This was a soft pull on my Equifax. I understand they pull personal and business. Personal over 800+ and plenty of biz credit.

Left with 40K+ and 12 months of 0% APR. Card APR is still high 20% on this and even the old Everyday card.

Congrats!

I just tried applying but kept getting a white screen after putting in my personal info. So the application seems broken.

@RootDet Not sure about the white screen. No experience there.

Are you able to re-apply at another time? Another computer? Another browser?

It's a fairly slow process with Citizens in many cases.

Yep, it cleared up a few hours later. Now it is the waiting game. No instant approvals for me.
