Does the Business Amex Lowes Discount stack?

Considering the Amex Lowes Businness card.  Does the 5% that comes with the card, stack with the military 10%.

Not 100% sure but think it would as 10% is through lowes itself right meaning if walked in with any CC or cash would get 10% off?  If so then Amex I think would automatically add the 5% as they arent going to know if you are using military discount nor care I would think
