In case anyone is interested in getting their Equifax Business Credit Report, here's how to get it for free, and what you'll need to do to get more detailed information, or dispute any of the information on it.
Send an email to this address: commercialdisclosures@equifax.com
Simply state that you would like a copy of your business credit report for information verification. In the email you will need to provide the following information.
EIN number
Business name
Business Address
Business Phone
Email address (yes even though you are most likely sending it from your email, they want you to list it)
Your name
Your title
Once you send this, they will send an automated response with a case number, don't discard this in case you need to call them.
In 7 to 10 days after you send your request, you should receive another email with a secure link where you can view your entire report. At the end of the report is a form called the Research Request Form (more on this in a minute).
If you've never looked at your business report, there are no account names such as Chase, Amex, etc... your accounts will be listed as Commercial Card, Trade, Service, etc... According to Equifax, this done to protect your privacy. This will be followed by an account number that you won't recognize, but you should recognize things such as Date opened, Credit limit and/or balance information.
If there is anything you don't recognize or is incorrect, even such as the name/spelling of your Business, this is where the Research Request Form comes into play. Don't bother calling them to inquire what a particular account is, or who is reporting it as the CSRs at Equifax don't have access to this information, they can only see what you see on the report they sent you, with the added exception that they may be able to tell you for example if something is labeled "Service" that it may be a loan. Other than that. they don't have the ability to tell you who is reporting a particular account.
For each account you want to inquire about (who is reporting, etc), or dispute, you will need to fill out a separate Research Request Form for each one. Once you've filled out all your forms you'll need to (for fastest response) email the forms back to the same email from above, and then you wait for them to do their.... research, and respond with the information you wanted, or dispute outcome.

good information find any info on getting business report from EQ or disputing stuff is so hard to find. I have incorrect information on my business EQ report but got tired of trying to ever get ahold of someone or how to dipuste it they actually wore me down. This information might just get me started on removing a negative that should not be on report.

@CreditCuriosity Indeed it can be a nightmare getting information about Business CRs, especially EQ. I recently dealt with all this with them because they were the only ones that had me scored poorly/low so I started doing some digging, and found this avenue to successfully get my report for free and deal with what was on it. They had my Business name wrong, had a 20K+ loan on my account which never belonged to me, another 13K loan that I never had. I must say the three or four CSRs I spoke to throughout the process were super friendly and helpful by telling me the fastest ways to get things resolved (like emailing them the RRFs) and helping with the info I outlined in the post. Hope you get yours straightened out!
Thanks for this.
Just did this and it took less than a day for a response and report.
I've always felt there was an issue with my EQ Biz report because NAV for years reports it as a 'D' score.....and my EX Biz has always been an 'A' and my personals all over 750.
To my surprise I had over 20 accounts reporting on EQ Biz ....no delinquency.....no charge off.....no mistakes. 42 pages total.
I was expecting something wrong for that NAV score.

@jaxstraw Glad you found the information useful. Equifax, and how they arrive at their scoring is still an enigma to me especially when just like you, all other business scores are very good or rated highly. I've just chalked it up to that's EQ for you, and moved on with my life as it's had no effect on my ability to get new business credit or CLIs.
