Expansion Loan/options

My partner and I currently own a beauty salon. We are looking to expand an d want to know what are our best credit options. I've been following the boards for months and gaining very valuable information on obtaining business credit without PG'ing but those credit lines are primarily net 30 accounts and nothing that can help us with expanding the business. We will need funds for buildout and equipment. In our first salon we had an investor who financed a lot on his personal credit and we put up a lot cash (at the risk of our personal expenses falling behind). Our investor passed away and we would really like to see if the existing 5yr business can finance the expansion on its own with a PG if possible.  The business has the following accounts (since December): Quill Grainger Uline Staples (since 2012) Office Depot Bp Business  Universal Premiere MC MS Direct What are our options?

Re: Expansion Loan/options

The best thing to do is have a meeting w/ a commerical lender where you have your business account or contact your accountant who may have a suggestion for a commercial lender.

There are many options such as a possible SBA loan but any commerical loan will require a PG and your personal credit score must be very good.  The business accounts are nice but your personal scores will matter most.
