As for FNBO? That ain'ts good enough per CS rep...
Got a letter in the mail (after two attempts by FNBO to get it to me)...

Yup. It be like that sometimes with FNBO. It also depends what you input on your biz app and how your biz entity is registered, EIN, etc.
