Im finally under 5/24 for a couple days now, do i need to wait until next month or something to be sure ? I want to apply for the Chase Ink Cash and possibly The Ink Unlimited, is it okay to go for both or better just one ?

Varying opinions on how long to wait after dropping below 5/24. For me personally I have applied the day after I dropped below 5/24 on 3 of my Chase Applications and haven't had an issue; YMMV. Chase will approve up to 2 cards within a 24 hour period so if your file can support both then it shouldn't be an issue.
