Morning,
Last week I applied for both the citizen's bank MC and the GM MC. Marcus came back with an instant $29k approval, which surprised me as when I first tried when the card came out, they only offered $1k.
Citizens bank, as of today, is still pending. I had to unfreeze my credit report yet again for them. They seem to pull your credit every time somebody breaths on your application.
In either event, now, with having GM card, I am thinking I will finally end my relationship with Chase Bank. Chase has been ok, but my $12k credit line has been the same credit limit since I opened the account In 2012. They never increase it, and I won't take a hard pull for it because I am always LOL/24. I have the BOFA Business Visa at $30k, GM at $29k, SAMS at $12k, and BJ's business at $20k. So to me, it feels like Chase has been underperforming, and time to cut. BJ, SAMS, and GM all have the potential to go higher.
BOFA, however, will never be raised unless I can show Elon Musk's level of money. BofA has a $100k exposure limit, I am at $105k. BOFA actually gave me a CLD the next day following a CLI on my personal as it put me at $120k and slapped me down to $105k. So that bear has been poked to the max
I will keep everyone updated on citizens. But I am expecting doc requests, and I am not going to go that far.
UPDATE: Citizens approved, they just want a driver's license. $37,500. Did not tell me an APR though.
WooHoo!! Congratulations on your Citizens Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
That's a great SL and glad it all worked out for you!
@RootDet dude... nice frigging haul. Question, is the GM card the one that does soft pull only? I need something for my personal LLC to get the ball rolling. 4 years old, I... like an idiot, never started to build credit for that one and now have all these things I'd like to do with it.
Congrats on the 2-fer!
