GM MasterCard for business approved today for 20k and 14.24% . It was instant and I'm not sure what personal they pulled as I got no notifications of hard pulls after I accepted . It is a pg I believe as I had to enter my info plus the corporations info . But it is nice you can check the offer before you actually accept it . The general ease of application is nice as well without needing additional business info like citizens wanted .
