Incorrect Balance with Chase

So looking at our Chase Ink Preffered online it's saying we owe way more than what we do.

Total purchases: $4,550 (give or take)
Total Payments: $3,929

All purchases and payments have posted (no longer pending) and it's now showing a current balance of over $2,000 due which makes no sense at all reviewing the transaction history.

I've had this card less than a month so I'm not sure if this is a glitch or what is going on.

Our balance should be $600-$700, not over $2,000.

Has any else has this issue with Chase?

Never had an issue with them. Sounds like you need to give Chase a call.

That's a normal glitch with chase business cards. Transactions "disappear" for a day . After a couple days , all transactions will appear back and reflect the actual balance.

With Chase, pending transactions will disappear for 1 day right before they reappear as posted transactions while the missing transactions are reflected on the total balance.
