Searched the forum and can't seem to find an answer to this question..
If a business has multiple owners, in my case it's an LLC with an EIN, can each owner apply for the same card or will a bank only issue one card for the business?
For example, could each owner apply for the FNBO Evergreen Business card so there are 2 lines of credit for the business or would they stop the second owner from opening an account? Does this vary by bank or certain rules across the board?
I suppose the banks I'm most curious about are Amex, Chase and FNBO but curious how this works in general.
Good question. Probably mostly sole proprietorships on here.
Good question. Never tried it. Maybe someone else has.

A good question to pose by calling the banks.
Whenever I see an app with EIN - some banks like Citizen's Business MC does ask for title/position and authorized officer info along with their own SSN for verification.
When I log into my Citizen's Business account, I can see that they support multiple users from one consolidated account.
They may offer different and separate credit lines under one master account....

I've not logged on in roughly 2 years but i also needed help with this scenario but didnt find the information anywhere. So i decided to take the risk with FNBO.
I was approved for $15K under an LLC and its EIN and my partner was approved for $15k, 3weeks later with the same LLC and EIN. My approval was instant online but the underwriter sent me an email requiring KYC documentation for all owners with more than 25% stake, so i sent both our photo IDs and the card was promptly dispatched. In the case of my partner, no docs were required after the instant approval, the card came in the mail over the weekend. The only tricky part was with the setup of the online access. I had to setup seperate logins for each card even though they both have the same LLC's name and then the name of the responsible user. I might call them later to see if both cards can be manged under thesame login or the business card added to my personal login but for now we have 4 different logins for our 2 personal and 2 business cards.
Hope this helps. I believe the same applies to Chase(i plan to get the link unlimited which i already have for my partner in march).

I appreciate the help! If I'm not mistaken, I think I've seen another person on the forum try this with FNBO as well. I'm surprised there isn't anyone that has a definitive answer to this with other banks. Maybe more will chime in.
I can chime in for S-Corp. at least.
1. American Express: Both dh and I have BBC. We each have other Amex biz cards that are not of the same. We both have our own log in credentials/separate accts.
2. USBank: We have different biz products. Dh/Platinum and Myself/Cash Rewards MC. We log into the same acct. Dh's acct. as he had the first biz card with them. I did ask a CSR if I needed to have a separate acct. with my own credentials and he said no, only if I preferred that. I actually like having all cards under one acct. instead logging in and logging out to view all.
3. Synchrony- biz products are all separate for each and every product.
4. Citibank certain co-branded cards- is the same as Synchrony for the most part. All products have a separate acct. for each acct. holder.
5. Capital One- let's me have Dh's biz card on my own log in acct. with my existing personal accts. because I am in charge of handling payments and stuff (I forgot the name they call it but it's not because I'm an AU it's due to being an Officer.)
Thank you GApeachy! So much awesome info.
Thanks for all the feedback!
Decided to apply for a 2nd FNBO Business Evergreen today for the business. It was instantly approved for the same limit as the first one. I guess we'll see if I receive it and there are no hiccups.
Thank you for taking one for the team , was it one pull? Definitely let us know ! I'm thinking about doing the same!
