Puzzling Citi Behavior.

I have been trying to get back into Citi for several years now.  I did not burn them, or owe them any money, it just seemed that they always come up with a new reason why they cannot approve me.  This year, I have been denied twice for a Custom Cash.  Lately, I have been working on some business cards with Amex with great success.  Today, on a hunch I applied for the AA business card, and was approved for 16K. 

Go figure!
