Had some strange Sam’s club adventures.
Apped for the business MC in store.
The lady at the counter seemed confused when it came back already approved. She called Synchrony and she said they fixed it and I was approved.
She couldn’t tell me the limit though. (🤥)
Fast forward a week and a half and I get a letter from Synchrony telling me I was denied because I “was previously approved”.
Called Synchrony and was told that now my account was completely messed up and no business app was showing.
(Never received a HP)
She told me to go back to the store and app again and then get the store manager and Synchrony on the phone if I had too.
i went back to Sam’s and talked to another clerk along with the original and was told Sam’s no longer had a business MC as of last Monday. Now it was a hybrid of personal/business.
The app is still on the Sam’s web site though.
Either Sam’s, Synchrony or both are confused.
i will have more time tomorrow to get to the bottom of this
