What's everyone else gonna do? There's really not much else out there.
I wish...I really wish...Harbor Freight would open up a biz tl. I'll wait, it might happen.
Thats unfortunate.
I read a few articles about Staples liquidating back in April 2023 and starting to shutter stores across the country.
They've been in a rapid decline since 2020 and never bounced back.
The alternative is office Max / office Depot, also backed by Citi, but I'm reading that those 2 brands are also suffering in 2023 and starting to shutter some locations as well.
They are all having a hard time competing with discounted online vendors and more consumers shopping online now versus visiting storefronts in person that have inflated lease overhead since the pandemic + rate hikes.
Walmart + Sam's club + Amazon are quickly dominating the online ordering space and becoming one of the more popular online business supplier choices to save money.
Uline, quill and others like them are still viable, for now, but no telling what the future holds.
I got an email on Tuesday from a Staples rep letting me know that I would have access to "standard terms and invoicing options" through their Staples Advantage Program. I'm guessing it's a Net 30?
