I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten this particular email from Amex? It's not a pre-approval, but I've never gotten one of these before. Also, I just got a limit increase on this card a few months ago from $50,000 (my highest SL to date) to where it is now. It's already more than enough, and I almost feel like I shouldn't poke the bear. I did get an increase on my personal Delta Reserve from $22,000 (IIRC) to $40,000 (what I asked for) about four months ago and had to provide bank account information. I also linked a business checking account for payments earlier today that has a solid amount in it (I'm in construction on a new business). I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
I'm probably reading too much into it, but I've been with Amex one way or another for almost 25 years now, and have never gotten an email like this.
TIA!
I have not. I have only received emails where they inform me of their unsolicited CLI.
That's awfully tempting!! Pull the trigger and let us know how it goes!
