US BANK RE-CON?

Has anyone had succes recently with overturning a denial for a US Bank business card?  I waited five plus months from my last CC app. and froze ARS before applying for the Business Edge card, and was immediately declined for "high balances."  I do have about 30% util showing as I run most of my business expenses through my personal cards and take advantage of the the grace periods before paying them off, which is why I want the businees card in the first place. 

  When I called the analyst line the CSR said he would put it in for manual review, which could take five days.  Should I follow up or just wait for the denial/acceptance letter?

(I Have a thick file and Myfico scores in the high 700's across the board)

With U.S Bank that is the process.  Once it has been placed for manual review, you just have to wait for the final decision.  I will keep fingers crossed for you and update with results.

I went through this process with Club Carlson Business. I waited a few days and the automated status number said I was approved. Sometimes their systems give misleading or wrong info, but the card showed up eventually. Keep us posted and good luck.

Thanks, were you denied initially, and if so, what did you do to turn it around?
