Underwriting guidelines different ? AMEX Delta Business vs. Amazon Prime Business ?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Underwriting guidelines were different between the AMEX Delta Business vs. Amazon Prime Business ?

If your signature is accurate and you already have the personal Delta Reserve then you should qualify for the biz version since I believe the underwriting for the Delta cards are more or less the same whether personal or business IMO. I would like to think this applies to the Amazon Biz card as well.

That’s the funny thing .... I applied for the Amazon ... declined. Due to credit score My score took a 4 point dive on 11/22 soft pull, which is what they used 5 days ago. Came back up 4 points on 12/1.

Approved for all the cards on the signature line at the 12/1score.

Amex underwriting is similar for both cards. From your previous post, you had a recent denial. Have you gotten the denial reason yet? 

In any case, although it’s 30 days between denials, I would just chill out a bit and wait. Give yourself a goal.....say 90 days?

OP, no one on these forums would be able to tell you for sure what their UW guidelines are for each product.

Some comparisons can be made or best educated guess of what is known as far as DPs on approvals. But, I would agree with the above statement, take some time to chill before your next AmEx application.

The decline is just letting you know to apply the brakes. Besides, echoing @Anonymous's comment, since it's a fairly new biz product, the Amazon Prime Biz CC isn't going anywhere.

Your signature shows 4 revolvers and 2 charge cards.  What are the opening dates on those?  I'm wondering if this is more a case of too much too soon rather than underwriting for a particular card?
