Today my business was approved for a WaFd Bank Visa card at 13.99% for purchases and a $15,000 credit limit. Elan recently jacked up the interest rate on my primary business Visa card all the way up to 29.99%, with absolutely no adverse activity to justify it other than a high balance. The Elan Visa was originally a Washington Federal (now WaFd) card, issued by Elan in pertnership. WaFd severed that relationship and introduced their own cards. Together with a new NFIB (National Federation of Independent Businesses) FNBO Business MC and a new BOA Bisiness MC, all with interest rates very significantly lower than Elan, I have added $32,900 of better business credit, more than enough to get out from under Elan.

Congratulations on your approval. A 13.99% card is certainly a lot more comfortable than a 29.99% card.

I'm not a big fan of Elan either. Congratulations on the approval!
WooHoo!!! Congratulations on your WaFD approval! 🍾👏🏼🥂
Congrats on the WaFd Approval!
