Update on my application: WF contacted me yesterday to let me know they needed additional info. (I got an email that led to a "secure" site that I needed to create a password for.) When I called, they needed my IRS letter that gave proof of my EIN, which I could either fax or bring to a branch.
I went to a branch today, and found out from the banker that the Signify Cash was soft-launched in Texas last month, and that it will be available in branches shortly. He volunteered that it was supposed to have been launched in February, but they first had to convert all of their existing cardholders to the new cards before they could launch it.
It sound like they wanted to launch it before launching Autograph Journey, but the logistics didn't work out. My guess is that they'll do an ad campaign for Signify soon (before the end of this week?).
I also got confirmation that I'm conditionally approved for $5K after they confirm my EIN, which the banker estimated should be within 48 hours.
I applied on 4/28/24 and it went to "pending". Thought for sure I would be denied. I've opened 26 personal cards and 7 business cards in the last 24 months. I was DC BK 3/22 so just about 26 months ago. Super aggressive rebuild, that's not recommended, at all. On 4/30/24 saw the new card showing in my online account! SL $8k - I've had a business account with nearly no money in it (around $200 average) for just 12 months. I was kinda shocked to be approved.

It's now official! Yesterday I saw the business rewards show up in my online account but the actual credit account didn't. I decided to wait a while before calling this afternoon. The operator at first thought I had 2 accounts, because it shows up as a Mastercard account with a sub-account. In reality, it's just one card, unless I add another. I asked about adding it to my Apple Wallet and the operator said that wouldn't be possible until the card was activated. That wasn't going to be a problem because...
Less than an hour later, I got a Priority Mail Express envelope that was just sent yesterday from Omaha, Nebraska with the card! It's a black plastic card, and IMHO it has a very elegant design - it's better looking in person than online.
Getting the card by overnight mail was an unexpected but pleasant surprise, especially for a no-AF card. I didn't need to sign for it (although the post office put the cardboard envelope it in my mailbox - ugh). Today is Saturday, so it was less than a week between the time I applied for the card this past Sunday. I don't know if I got it overnight because of the amount of time for them to do the review, or if they're overnighting it for everyone.
(It was delayed by one additional day because the approval department didn't see that I had given my IRS EIN letter until the day after my local branch scanned it. I got an email on Thursday to contact them, and after I called back, they saw it was put into their system. I got confirmation that the account was approved on Friday.)
I also see in my online account that I have 98 days to qualify for the $500 SUB. Sweet!
Stats: I had applied for cards with BofA and US Bank in the 2 weeks before I applied. I believe they used Experian FICO 9, and my F9 score from my US Bank application on 4/28/24 was 718. When I ran the Wells Fargo application, my inquiries were 15/24 (2 of those inquiries could probably be cancelled out for car shopping), 6/12 and 2/6.
My current APR after the 12-month 0% intro period is 26.49%, and the SL is still $5,000, which is enough for now. My total personal credit lines are $96,950 (after my $3K Best Egg card dropped off from lack of use), and my business card lines are now $12,200. So while my personal credit is still under $100K, my total credit lines are now past that benchmark, at $109,150. 😳
It's interesting that this rebuilding journey happened because I wasn't able to make a business purchase with credit back in 2020. I could now make that investment dozens of times over with my available credit. (Paying all of that off would take some additional creativity. 😁)

Congratulations on you approval @hackersmovie!
A credit card launch seems like an excellent time to get approved. The people in charge of launching it want to show their bosses that they're hitting their targets. 😉 That seems to have happened when Capital One launched the Venture X a few years ago, and last year when Chase was really pushing their Sapphire Preferred card, and approving applications they would've otherwise rejected for 5/24.
Of course, I don't know if they've actually loosened their underwriting for Signify. They don't appear to have loosened their underwriting much for Autograph Journey. But who knows?
im loving this card so far. made several large purchases without any annoying fraud alerts like US bank's biz cards and it's 2%. It has already replaced my cap one spark and FNBO. too bad this card doesn't work at costco

I have wondered this myself @LADave
Perhaps not to the point of lowering lending standards but being less stringent on new accounts, utilization, inquiries etc...
Just an FYI all CLI have been suspended for WF untill further notice as they roll out the news cards....Bummer tried to a request a CLI and was told this

Thank you for that DP. I wonder how long "until further notice" will turn out to be, and whether that also applies to CLI requests on the new cards.
This could be seen as more evidence that they're trying to approve as many people for Signify Business Cash (and maybe Autograph Journey?) as possible.
