Wells Fargo Signify - Unable to Verify Business

Had a weird experience with these guys.  Existing WF customer, applied for Signify while logged in.  Have an S Corporation I've received all types of credit for from other issuers previously.  Application went to Pending Verification, didn't hear anything for over a week either via email or mail.  Decided to call in, got some mumbling person I could barely understand saying it was declined due to being unable to Verify Business Information or Phone Number.  When I asked who I could send the verification info to, they said there isn't anyone there I can speak with about it.  I asked for an underwriter and they said there isn't one I can speak with.  I don't know if I just got some bafoon on the line, or if this is really their policy, but I'm probalby going to give up on this one

Go into the branch, much easier to deal with and get approve, I have a S-Corp as well and I have the Signify $25k CL, they wont give me more

I'd also say to pay your local branch a visit, you'll likely get better answers.
