Wells Fargo business cc phone insurance?

is there phone insurance available on their business card? If so, are we able to file claims for a phone that's for personal and not business use?

Don’t believe that the WF small business card offers cell phone protection.  If it it any other creditor did it would cover any phone you have because there is no way for them to determine how you use your cell phone.
