From my understanding, if you gave them a personal guarantee, basing the loan off your personal credit and agreeing to take responsibility in the event of a default, a commercial SBA loan can report to personal credit bureaus.

Did you give a PG (personal guarantee) at the time of signing for your business loan?

Re: late payment on sba , 30 days

Really depends on whether or not there was a PG on the SBA loan (any time someone owns more than 20% of a business, a PG is required). The SBA requires lenders to file a remittance form every month on all the loans they service. If there was a PG, then yes, they can report it not only to the business bureaus, but they can also report it to your personal credit just as they would with a business credit card with a PG .

As far as disputing information on  a business credit report, that's not anywhere as easy as it is to do on a personal report. Unlike the many laws and regulations on consumer credit reporting, there are no such regulations on business credit. Disputing anything on a business report even as mundane as an incorrect address is a major pain in the rear end.
