For those that got the invite and applied I have a question . When linking your bank accounts did you have a substantial amount in the account you listed ? My friend finally got the invite and entered their banking information but it stated it wasn't sufficient enough and to either link another account or supply bank statements. I wasn't sure how the application process worked as I got and invite but they could not verify my local small bank do I never went any further .

I only had about $900 in my checking account and was approved for 33k.  I think X1 is looking for deposits to ensure that they support the income that was provided.

Thank that makes sense . Her and her spouse have separate accounts and she has 3 accounts that she divides her pay into .

Yes  she is going to send bank statements, to each his own . I personally don't go with banks that require bank statements unless it's a loan of course but that's just me . That is mainly why I didn't pursue my  invite as my little local bank doesn't link with plaid .
