All right, my Util. has been brought down from 23 to 14 and now 4%. I've zeroed my two CO cards. Although my Discover has a balance, its last report date (2/9) was 0 and the new statement isn't cut until 3/9. I intend to have that balance down to zero by then. Fico 8s:

DOC says Chase pulls EX first; then EQ if needed, here in Cali. I have a Chase checking account and an FU(6K). I'm after CSP (now that it's SUB is up to 60K) and I intend to app in-branch this week, before the 9th. I may do Freedom also, although I may do it later the same day from my computer, as one member advised. I'm prequaled on the Chase website for both CSP and Freedom. The only drawback that I can think of is my AAoA stands at about 11 months. No baddies anywhere, except a lien on TU, which Chase hardly ever pulls in California.
I've put everything together that I can. Am I ready to pull the trigger on these two cards and then tend to my garden for about 2 years? I await your responses.
