I got one of these cards about 2 years ago.
Will BoA allow me to get another? If so, will I still earn the $200 Sub on the 2nd card?
I want to make a kind of large purchase and I want to take advantage of 0% APR for 15 months.

I'm unsure if you can get multiples on the regular one and still get a sub on each. There are a few customized cash variants that apparently are all considered separate as far as intro bonuses are concerned (Suzanne G Komen, a teachers one, and a couple others). You can search for Customized Cash affinities and find a list of them, though some on those lists are defunct now. Alternatively, BoA is pretty good about product changes, so you could apply for one of their other cards and product change to another Customized Cash after a year. That's what I'm planning on doing with my premium rewards in a month or two.
