Does anyone know if you get the double cash back on a second discover?

I've had the IT for about a year and would like to get the Chrome for 4% restaurants the 1st year.

Minimum 1 year between cards to get another card from Disco.

As far as DCB probably not if you already have an IT.  But, you could do the Miles and get 3% for the first year.

I wonder if you have It, then get chrome (I think it is called that-the restaurant and gas card) if the DCB would work.
