A advantage chances?

I recently changed jobs that will introduce international business travel to my rotation. I'm an Alist preferred member with SWA, but will need to use an international carrier. Any chance I would get approved for either a citi or Barclays Aadvantage card with a BK13 on file (discharged 3/17)? My scores are right below 700 and Util 20% with income $170k. Between 12-18 inq on each CRA.

Was Barclays and Citi inclided in the BK?

Barclays for sure no, but was recently denied for their Uber card. Not sure if underwriting is the same. I have to check and see if Citi was, can't remember.
