AMEX 61 Day CLI Denial

Hello,

So I got my first AMEX cards in November (applied same day for BCE and ED).  Small credit lines each.  Pulled the trigger at 61 day mark and denied.  

Anyone know what AMEX looks for?  Also, I heard that the next interval is 90 days from denial.  If I apply before 90 days, would this reset the time?  Ex. If in 30 days I apply, would time then reset such that at 90 days after this denial can I apply again?

Any tips would be nice.

Curious to the answer as well.  From my reading here it seems the majority of the 61x CLI's are successful.

Utilization is about 30% or less.

Actually 19%, or less.  I just checked my Experian and some of the accounts have not been updated yet, so it is likely less.

I got a denial because I was a day or two too early. Tried again, success?
