AMEX Credit line increase

 I got an Amex Cash Blue in November 2020.  I use it for convenience and pay the balance back before it reports.  I only received a 1k credit line and I am looking to get more.  My question is an it's 2-part, is it to early to request an CL increase and if I do is it a hard inquiry that could possibly impact my score.

For Amex for first CLI request, you can request 3X your current limit at 61 days after opening account. Once in the Amex ecosystem, SPs are the norm for CLIs and approvals of other cards, yet that doesn't mean you won't ever get a HP from them.
