AMEX USAA PRE-APPROVED

Hi, I have Amex BCP since 2015. I got several pre-approved offers from Amex such as PRG(email and online account) ,PLG (mail), Delta Gold(email and delta website) and AMEX USAA (phone call). Since I have an Amex account. if I apply for Amex USAA, do I get a hp or sp?

Hard pull for USAA since it would be for their card that runs on the amex network. If you applied through amex for one of their cards, it should be a soft pull.

Thank you. I guess I will try delta amex from amex site instead of delta.com. I am planning to buy a airfare ticket which has a very low price right now.

Too bad USAA doesn't appear on Amex website so I cannot apply from Amex website. I will just wait a bit before appying with them and by that time I don't care about the HP.
