I haven't requested an Amex CLI in years, so no personal experience, but this thread suggests generally no:

Sounds like you got a denial of the CLI.

At $30k, if they had only just CLI you there in December you are probably at your max allowed exposure.

You may be able to get some increase in June or July (6 months wait) but I wouldn’t be surprised if they go to Income Verification to get to higher amounts.
