I applied for an amex charge card and got a 14 day message. I called them and was told it will take 3-5 days to get a decision. Any thoughts?

Fico scores are 671, 668 and 667. Current utilization is 0%. No negatives of any sort on my credit and perfect payment history. I always PIF.
