I have an A&F credit card under my husband. I am just an authorized user. 

I applied for a credit increase and it gave me a 7-10 day message. 

Does this mean it was rejected?

Our limit now is $350.

I wish I could answer about the "birthday perk", although I am an authorized user (they use the term authorized buyer) they go off my husbands birthday, and I forgot to check during his birthday so Im not sure if they even offer one like they promise.

The birthday perk can vary from 20%-30% off or $15-$20 off. This would be in addition to whatever tier you are with the A&F Club.
