Accepted Chase CC offer and website crashed when I submit!

Was on my online banking and had a pre-approved offer which I was going to accept. I went ahead and read through the terms and then hit submit. Message came up that said system was temporarily down. Offer is now gone and dont have any information on whether it went through. don't have any notifications telling me that I was approved or denied and no new card has been added to the online banking screen.

Anyone ever experience something like this?

Did it pull your credit? If it did I would call

Chase uses Amazon Web Services, which had a major outage on the 7th. Down detector shows a slightly higher than normal number of reports from Chase, which may indicate they're one of the companies suffering from some lingering issues.

Either way, the real question is did your application go through, or not? Calling and asking is probably the best idea.
