Hi Fico family,
I hope this is in the right place, I began to re-establish my credit in May of 2020 after a 8yr hiatus. I started with a secured card with Discover at $1000 and then in September an unsecured with Cap1 platinum card with a SL of $300. In December my Discover card graduated to an unsecured with a CLI of $1500, and did a PC with Cap1 to QS still at $300.
I opened an account in January with NFCU with a cash Rewards card with a SL of $1000, and with Apple with a SL $4000. I also opened an account with AOD, I didn't get approved for the VS not enough pay stubs due to being laid-off recently, I plan on reapply for the VS in 6 months.
So my question is should I try to app for CFU or just wait and build relationships with NFCU and AOD?
My DP's
3/6, 4/12, 4/24
EQ 759
TU 742
EX 784
Thanks for any input
Garden til May, Chase likes 1 year minimum history with bankcard
Take some time to garden. Chase likes 1 year of credit history, and less then 5 accounts in 24 months. Also, AOD has become quite conservative. You don't want to be adding new accounts, or inquiries.

I agree with the advice you've been given. Wait at least until May, then apply for the CFU.
