Advice for 3rd Card

Hello all, I need some advice regarding adding a 3rd card. I currently have an Open Sky card which was opened in 02/17 with a $1000 CL. In January of this year I received a Capital One Quicksilver One with a $3000 starting limit. In May, that was product changed to a Venture One. Just received my Credit Steps today to $3500. I also obtained a secured Discover card in January of this year and it currently has a $2500 CL which I hope to have unsecured in August. My question is, I would like to open one more card and get rid of the Open Sky card, how would you recommend proceeding? My FICO 8 scores are EQ 631, EX 622 and TU 620. I do have 3 baddies with Portfolio Recovery from 2013 along with a few lates from a student loan back in 2014. I am now over my 6 month waiting period with Capital One...should I apply for a second card with them and if I do will I be stuck in that lower bucket once again? Thank you for any and all suggestions!

Re: Advice for 3rd Card

I'd just wait for your scores to improve . Going for another Csp One will be 3 more pulls and yes possibly an bucket though I amazed you got a 3k limit with your 1st card on those scores. Once you hit 640 give Amex prequels a try and maybe go for one . I'd rather waste a hp on Smex than 3 for C1 but that's just me
