Yes, I applied for a credit card and it took days and the POI they wanted then taxes and it was a mess trying to get them to understand that I don't do state taxes (I'm in FL) and after 7 days $1000 CL with 791 FICO TU score and good stable income. They even nit picked on my hours a week why does it change by 5 to 10 min every week, I was like are you kiding me?
Wow. Sorry to hear that but thanks for the input.
For me it was very quick and easy. I applied waited, 2 days since I did it on Saturday. Called on Monday and was transferred to a loan officer who told me I was approved. Didn't have to prove income or anything like that.
What kind of SL did you get?
I was approved for alliant about 5 years ago with a 10k starting CL. My credit score was in the mid high 600s. I didn't have to provide anything to them...
It was easy for me. I'd had a checking and savings with minimal balances for about 5 years. I applied last year got approved within minutes for a little under $3,000 which matched my third or fourth highest limit card at the time. I called and said that I wanted to do a balance transfer and so they increased it to five for me. I didn't have to share proof of income.
