US bank now requires depository account to be eligible for altitude reserve? And it's not available to apply in branch any more?
I have cash+ and a us bank business cards for over several years though barely used. I closed my checking account with them years ago. I though I was good to apply but my application went pending for a week with no credit pulled. I was later told that my application was denied due to no depository relationship with no credit pulled. I then opened a checking account in branch. I was told they could not apply altitude reserve in branch anymore in two different branches... Anyone else got the same response lately?
So, two days later I applied again and was told it's denied again without credit pull due to duplicated application. However, they said they will send it back for reprocessing... But I'm not sure how long it will take... In case if it gets denied again, how long after can I apply again to not be considered as a duplicated application?
On the web page it still says:
An eligible U.S. Bank account relationship is defined as: Checking or Savings account, Certificate of Deposit, Mortgage, Home Equity Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit, Auto/Boat/RV Loan, Personal and Small Business Loans and Lines, Commercial Loan & Lease, Premier Lines, Private Banking account or U.S. Bank credit card. If you have questions regarding eligibility status, please speak with your banker.
Which doesn't mean it hasn't be changed and site not updated, but.....
