AmEx BCE App

I'm new to the forums. I recently applied for a BCE card... I just want to know why I got declined. Credit score of 633 according to the "decline" letter. I've raised my Fico TU/EXP over 60 points in the last 6 months. Just by following the many helpful threads on here.

Current cards include a Capital One Platinum Card w/$300 CL, Discover Secured w/$1,000 CL.

Note what bureau they pulled the first time and if that bureau is the one that has increased over 60 points, I'd give it a shot again.  Is your report clean and are these your only 2 cards?  How long have you had these 2 cards for?

Your credit isnt strong enuff just yet. This is why U were declined. On the plus side congrats on making significant progress over the past several months. U seem to be on the right path which is great. Continue building upon the gains you've already made and as your credit profile strengthens you'll be in a better position for approval down the road. Be patient and keep pressing forward.

What are your actual scores now? What is your AAOA? And do you have any baddies?

Your credit is too weak for Am Ex. Can you list all your cards and limits and when they were opened. We can then suggest how to fatten up your file in preparation for prime cards.
