Amazon Prime Visa $250 bonus for Prime members

I recieved the Amazon message:

"Congratulations!You’re pre-qualified forAmazon Visa".

To get the $250 you have to be a Prime member else the bonus is less.

If I join Prime 1st. does anyone know how long I need to be a member before appyling?

you just need to be a prime member, even the trial counts, no waiting period
