Amazon Prime unable to verify address

I want to get approved for the free $200 bonus for prime day tomorrow but when I attempt the preapproval it says unable to verify my address and can't preapprove.  I cannot even get the Chase Journey to work for me.  Any idea?

Got the same pop up, apped anyway and got the card after fraud department called me the next day to verify it was me.
