American Express Pre-Qual Gone?

I cannot seem to find the Pre-Qual Tool that used to be at the American Express site is it gone?

You won't see it from mobile, and if you're currently a member and log in, try incognito mode. It's still there.

Thanks I used a different browser I figured it out if you are logged in as a member it redirectes you away from the PreQual tool to a totally different page.
