Amex 3x cli (Still 90 day wait?)

Hey gang, I got my amex BCE on Jan 1st, first purchase was Jan 5th.  I was approved with a 9K limit originally.  My Fico on my first pull from them was 711.  My second fico was 722 with them.  I just got a 17K Lowes card yesterday, and my experian FICO went up by like 2 points, so I don't assume my FICO will drop with Amex because of it.

I've put about 2500 through the card since I got it, and PIF several days early both in Jan and Feb (so like, 1300 dollar payments)

My question is: Does the 3x cli still work?  Do I do this after I pay my next bill, in April, or do I wait until like April 5th?  

Also, a 3x cli would put me at 27K, does that put me over the "soft" limit of 25K before the 4506 me?

There is no 90 day wait except for when your request is denied.  There is conflicting info whether you have to wait 61 days or can try after activation.  In either case, you're eligible to try.  There is no soft limit of 25K either.  Everything depends on your individual credit profile. If you try for 27K and it tells you to provide the 4506T and you don't want then you can cancel your application, lower the amount you request and try again.  Good luck but keep in mind that the 3C CLI is not guaranteed and will be based on your credit profile.

There's a link on your online account and it's a SP.  The posting of the payment won't make any difference.

Yes, 90 days is for denials.  I was told for my Hilton Honors that I had to wait the full 60 days.  Not sure why he didn't say 61?
