Re: Amex BCP

Are you asking about score/profile requirements? I mean it varies, so knowing your history on top of your scores would help us with our responses. But assuming everything checks out, I think you'll be safe if your score is above 700 with a generous limit. Mid to high 600s would probably be bare minimum IMO.

Yeppers would agree > 680-690 EX fico should do it for you for the BC product line imo..  700 is even better.

Re: Amex BCP

Gotcha. Well my aaoa is only three months right now, I'm just looking into further in the future for something better than the quicksilver. The 6% on grocery stores is what intrigues me, regardless of the AF

Re: Amex BCP

I have a chargeoff and a collection due to fall off in August, on both EX and EQ. Be interesting to see how much they will go up, as my TU has no baddies except a paid judgment from 2011. Still should probably wait, even then, because of my aaoa?

Re: Amex BCP

Amex doesn't really care about AAoA.. They prefer nice thin and clean reports or nice and thick cleaner reports.

I wonder if having a paid judgment, from 2011, and no baddies on EX in Aug, that I might have a reason to apply heh

Re: Amex BCP

I tried their pre-qual once a week out of curiosity, nothing yet. May just have to cold app in September if I'm still not prequaled haha

The prequalify site has never returned anything for me.  I've been approved for 3 Amex cards: 1 - December and 2 this month.  I have a BK from 07 showing and I burned them prior to the BK.
